Now that I've had it for over six months, I would not be able to do without it.

Update. One year into the pandemic, the machine has been my best friend. :)

    Positively
    - The best coffee I've ever drunk from a "home" machine.
    -Easy to use
    -Price

    Negative.
-Not the quietest machine, but you have to pay far much more for something quieter .. And it's not that dangerous. You can still have a conversation while driving it.

The size and price make it perfect to set in the country.

Do not intend to review the taste of coffee.
It simply brews the coffee as it should. It can skim milk as it should.

    Positively
    + Price
    + "Small"!
+ Can grind and brew coffee that is hot (temperature is set)
+ Can skim the milk until it almost boils, ie enough.
    + Not too many features.

    Negative.
The descaling process is very difficult to understand.
The knob for the milk frother broke after 6 months of use. Got a new machine on warranty, the same knob broke again after 9 months.
    You can order the knob
    https://www.centralservice.se/angvred-ecam22110b-p-2075.html
But this knob is sold out in many places so you probably have to look a bit to get it.
You need a Torx "security" piece to open the machine, available at Biltema.

The grinder started to break after 2.5 years (the warranty is 2 years). Contacted the support and got tips on a solution. Unfortunately did not work. The last piece of advice was to return the machine where it was purchased for cost estimate and possible repair. The support wants SEK 400 for cost estimate + shipping. Unfortunately, the machine will end up in the soups and buy a new one from another brand because the quality and repair cost is uncertain.
Satisfied as long as it worked!

We were very skeptical when we as students bought this machine around 2016. It has provided us with good coffee and well-skimmed milk several times a day since then, and still works flawlessly today. Despite the hesitation one of the best purchases we made.

In the office today I use a large, professional espresso machine, and I see only two major disadvantages of this smaller, cheaper, and lighter machine:

    - a professional espresso machine foams the milk much faster
    - with the professional espresso machine you can use the steam at the same time as it makes espresso

If you can live with the two disadvantages given the advantages that come with a smaller machine for home use, this is a fantastic alternative.

Bought in 2016. Has worked great for 4 years now!

    + Affordable.
    + Robust.

    - double-cup makes slightly weaker coffee than 2 single-cups.
    - Starts slightly slower than the alternatives.

Had 2 other variants that broke after ~ 2 years. This still works well!

My first machine. Very satisfied, with a few pills on the mill and the strength wheel we do not change there more and with good beans the perfect result every time.

The things I do not mind are the small containers for water and sump, the sump is a little semi-complicated to clean properly, the metal plate is easily scratched by the cups, thus nothing to do with the functionality really.

It flushes the right amount of water at each start-up, which is quite often when it shuts itself off - is not entirely sure if ecomode can be switched off completely.

Now I have had it for just over a year, and can well say that it is a damn affordable espresso machine anyway.
Disadvantages are of course the small vessels for water and sump. Users need to refill the water tank once a day and drain the sump every other time.
My parents bought an equal then when they were so impressed, but it seems to have problems with the sump vessel which shows very quickly when the little "pucks" seem to stack up against one side - even though it is flat.
But given the price and what other machines cost, you might be able to recommend it.

Good coffee machine that makes good coffee.

For the price a very good machine. Simple features and good interface. This had to replace my much more expensive Bosch that gave up after just over 12,500 cups. Do not miss the "special" functions as it becomes espresso. However, it is very loud especially if you compare with my old Bosch. It is the mill that sounds. For a quarter of the price you can stand out .. The coffee is just as good.

I am a picky coffee drinker who has harvested several espresso machines both fully automatic and manual. In the family we drink 10 cups / day and when we were to buy a new espresso machine our focus was to heat a machine that was easy to clean and that it would deliver a good coffee with clear crema. Oh, what satisfied we were! With max coffee strength and the mill setting of 3, we got a coffee that competes with machines that cost three times more. It is also extremely easy to clean and I do not know how to praise the brewing unit genius in execution and simplicity. If there would be something that would pull down the grade then it is a certain plasticity and that the water container is slightly small. Otherwise, the family and I are ill satisfied with our purchase, given the price performance.

Think this is a very affordable fully automatic machine. It has the same functions and does equivalent jobs as machines with a much more expensive price tag.

Have had my machine for 2 years now and can happily state that it has worked flawlessly :)
It mainly uses espresso when I usually run with zoegas "espresso de la casa" beans in (highly recommended) It makes fantastic espresso! And that I use the milk frother quite often, which works quite ok, maybe it could get a little more steam, but go pretty fast if you do not run a lot of milk.
A very good espresso machine overall, especially considering the low price! Buy!

Bought this machine after reading the previous reviews if can not but agree.

Have now had this machine for 1.5 months and do not regret the transition from the coffee maker at all.
Affordable and makes very good coffee. Takes a while to get the right attitude to the degree of grinding and the amount of coffee, but then the coffee becomes very good. The milk frother works very well.

Easy to use, with clear level in water tank and visible container for coffee beans.

Easy cleaning program and is easy to follow according to the instructions. Smooth that the coffee machine cleans itself every time you turn on / off.

Just owned this for a few days and have to admit that I was a bit disappointed just in the beginning. The machine did not work as I wanted and the result of the coffee was not good.

I already corrected after the first cup the settings as someone else described here with fairly low setting (1.5 out of 7) on how rough it should be. The lower the finer and this gave more good coffee. BUT, it took a while to brew a cup and it just dropped slowly from the machine. I did not dare raise the settings again because I know that espresso should be finely ground and, like some others, I knew watering consistency (which I used to do now).

After some A / B testing, I've found the one that suits me best. I suspect that both the hardness of the water and coffee beans play a big role for any results. Then certainly different people have different preferences about what good coffee is. I live in Lund and have soft water (should be added).

I have only tried Zoega Blue Java so far and I realize I change coffee beans. Maybe I have to correct the settings somewhat. On the other hand, I have now managed to make very good espresso and get better at skimming milk for each time. So my "latte" has now gone from tasting cheap machine purchases to be really good. Maybe it's rather cappuccino when I drive 35-40% espresso :)

The settings I am running now are 4.5 on the degree of malfunction, which is slightly lowered from 5.5-6, which came as the factory setting (I therefore paint the snap finer). At the same time, I have the max strength of the knob on the front for how strong coffee I want (and maybe there is room to lower a bit but have not tried it).

I think this is a very affordable machine and after about 10 cups I have managed to get very good settings. The price is low for this machine so I can be certain of some mistakes. The picture shows 3 larger drip holes, for example. These often miss the machine and especially on the milk foam (which can only spray hot water). This was a problem at first startup when running a cleaning program and when a water jet misses the hole it becomes less good as it rinses and ends outside. I have bent to it as much as I can and now it just hits the hole if I do not twist it.

But a lot of games can be avoided, and given the low price, it really feels like it deserves at least an 8th grade. In comparison, I also own a capsule machine from Nespresso and the freedom this machine provides with much cheaper price / cup makes this a better choice for me. The taste that I achieved so far is clearly in the same class as the capsules there.

Unfortunately nothing to have. Got to leave it back after 10 days. Tested 5 pcs. different coffee beans and different settings without getting any fullness in the coffee. There was no problem with the strength without fullness and aftermath. The coffee felt watery

Have used this machine since September 2013, ie 4 years of daily use!

Got it at a very good price, 2222: - and never regretted the purchase!

Easy to set up, brews fast and good lungo / espresso! It's easy to clean the inside and the descaling works smoothly. The machine signals itself when it is time to descale or clean.

The only problem is when I make espresso or lungo in two cups (and especially at lungo), so the amount and strength of the cups are different. But, no big problem for an amateur. ????

Also, you can skim milk, and do the dishes.

    Highly recommended!

Yes, a great machine until it breaks! My 2 stars are therefore for non-existent customer service at DeLonghi. You can not reach DeLonghi in any way. By phone, the office is closed while calling on the delayed call time. The form on their website gives error messages. They have no presence on Social Media (big warning sign!).
Although the machine broke down after less than 6 months, I had to file it at ÅF (MediaMarkt) for forwarding to the 3rd party for service. I received no offer for replacement for flawless products but may not be without coffee for at least 1 month.
ÅF blames DeLonghi's rules and therefore I would contact DeLonghi directly, but that was impossible.

    NOTE! PRECIOUS SETTINGS FROM FACTORY!

Do not be satisfied with the factory-set settings to get the most out of the machine. The following settings have I made to get more flavor of my coffee (get rid of the water flavor):
    1) The mill is set to No. 5 (where 7 is the roughest and 1 is the most finely ground). I have worked down the mill to 1.5. Approximately 1.5-2.5 should be absolute, otherwise "the water will flow through only" and may not get enough flavor. I have not tested less than 1.5.
    2) You can adjust the amount of water flowing through the ground beans. For espresso it works well with the factory settings. For "plain coffee", this needs to be done slightly (done very easily). It will be too blistery and you will get water flavor on the coffee.

Once done, the coffee will be good and tasteful without water flavor. The vapor is slightly short to feel simple to maneuver, but still works great! It's just because of being huge.

    Other views are just positive.
    + Easy to use
+ Removable water boiler (can be left in the refrigerator when not in use)
+ Good holder for the beans, with good sealing
    + Quiet
    + Stylish design

Make lots of good coffee and espresso with the right settings!

Have had it now for about 1.5 years, the coffee tastes good with milk, which is in line with most automatic coffee machines for home use. May be important to know that I see myself as a picky coffee drinker, so rarely I would say that a cup of coffee is really good.

The machine has worked perfectly until now, when I had some problems with the machine always feeling when the drip tray is full.

In addition, the price of the machine is very competitive with comparable machines.

    I am really pleased.
Stylish and minimalistic design. Good coffee results. Easy maintenance. Easy to adjust the strength. Easy to prepare milk foam (check any video of Youtube and also read below for another similar model).

The error codes is hard to understand, but if you have a user manual in the vicinity then no problem, it also works the machine without fault, just add water and beans and throw away the coffee grounds. Yes, but here, I take away a point, because the plastic reservoir for coffee grounds is difficult to clean due förstärkningsribbar at the inner side of the vessel, mögeln formed here simply in the corners if you do not preen nogrant. Yuk!

I also had a similar model with stationary milk reservoir and screen with clear error, but I drink cappuccino quite sällant and the milk reservoir I did not like to clean after each time, because I gave the machine off and bought this model.

Bought it at the Proshop for 3250 kr. Got it quickly.

Already the first cups tasted excellent. Obviously playing selections of beans and water quality big role (living in Malmo), but the machine does clearly an excellent job. Have not had to change the settings.

The only downside is that it is a bit cryptic to perform advanced settings, like changing the cut-off time. You need the manual, which, moreover, is quite okay.

My old Nespresso capsule makers no longer feels like a good machine.

This is my first coffee machine there and I must say that I agree with all previous reviews. Now we just have to experiment with the most delicious cup of coffee.
The milk frother works very well and is easy to clean. That it has a cleaning program is great!

    Update 2016-07-19

Now, after a period of use of the coffee machine, a longer review.
First and foremost a fun thing ...
Warning: The kitchen and parts of Pokey will smell of coffee after you have filled in the beans.

The review is based on the following criteria:
    - The coffee machine has a water filter
    - The water hardness is adjusted according to the hardness of the water has.
    - The beans are of the Starbucks brand and variant Colombia Nariño Origin. These beans have an elegance and unique combination of Ortiga tones and nutty finish. The flavor that only found in Narino.

Installation: Unpacking and installation went smoothly. The manual is not the most educational as it is forced to jump between pages. The water filter and water hardness test included in this product. It was easy to change the water hardness settings on the machine. If you take it in the right order so installation takes around 10 minutes.

Coffee Taste: The first cups were made to the settings that came from the factory. I could quickly see that I need to increase the coffee strength by turning the main dial. Much may depend on the beans as they are between roasted. Espresso tastes wonderful and the right amount. Default is set to 40 ml. Regular coffee tastes great and you can easily pour on a little milk if you wish. The machine delivers coffee at the right temperature and you realize what a difference there is between the capsule machines and a bönmaskiner.

The milk frother works properly. If you are not used to skim milk, one will need to practice a bit until it becomes a "barista". For me, it took 5-6 cups of Cappuccino before I got the right consistency of milk. The advantage is that the barrel is not sticky and is easy to clean, just unscrew your head and rinse the parts.

Noise: Because I have young children, I was afraid that the noise level would be high, but this machine has a noise level that is fully accepted.

Other features that are appreciated is the automatic cleaning function. It ensures that the coffee always get a fresh flavor.

The water level in the reservoir is visible and you can easily see the water. The machine will indicate via a lamp if needed filling. For those who want brewed coffee that supports the machine also.

    The size of the machine is 23.8 x 43 x 35.1 cm (W x D x H)

Summary: This is a coffee machine that delivers incredibly good coffee with lots of features. A machine that does not cost a fortune and is suitable for both beginners and experienced baristas :)

    Highly recommended!

An absolutely wonderful machine for us who no longer have the energy to mess with manual espresso makers. I myself come from the old model of Gaggia Classic. It was a wonderful machine but broke down after many years of use. I ordered the new model of Gaggia Classic and returned it immediately after I had seen how incredibly much inferior construction quality is in the new model. After reading around the internet, I ordered Delonghi Magnifica ECAM 21,117 and is now super happy. Espresso from this is as good as from my old Gaggia. The milk frother works flawlessly. In addition, the machine can brew very good "regular" coffee. Delonghis automation also has major advantages over Gaggia Classic (grinding, dosage, etc.). Highly recommended.

Make delicious coffee when you set it the way you want it. The milk frother is also good. Have not found anything to be unhappy with. I have previously ground beans and made my espresso manually, the machine makes it at least as good, probably better.

Stylish and sleek in design. Surprisingly quiet mill and the milling was perfectly ok from the factory. Flexible buttons and easy to handle, to replenish the water is made from the front, which is simple. The temperature of the coffee is really good so after 2 days of use, I am very satisfied. Eco mode with automatic shut-off is a big plus.

I have had similar equipment for over 10 years and thus has little experience of how machines should or should work.
