I love my Fitbit but the screen is started the go on it so I can only read half of it which is crap when you want to check the time it still loads to the app but for the price I’d expect more than a year and a half out of it. Maybe purchase an extended warranty

Nice that it is finally waterproof and fun to be able to pay with it.

First broke but got one on warranty.

    UPDATE:
The GPS function is now even worse than before and Fitbit has stopped answering questions about this in its own support forum ... Many people have major problems with GPS after the latest update.

    Lowers to 1 star

    -------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------

    summed up:
Low quality and half functionality. Disappointed!

    Good:
+ Flexible size, you can for example sleep with!
    + Waterproof!
    + Good battery life.
+ Fitbit Pay HADE could be cool!
+ The sleep analysis feels surprisingly accurate

    Badly:
    - The sinking with the phone's GPS is a joke! My Samsung can follow the lap exactly, but Charge 3 often drops maybe 500m correctly to show a straight line for the rest of the mile .. &% ¤¤% ¤! Sick annoying!
    - Just like my band and Charge 2, it is terribly uneven in terms of eg sinking. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't (just had the Samsung S7, S8 and S9 so it's not the phones).
    - Just like previous Fitbit products, the service life is short (a little over 1 year).
    - Fitbit pay has not worked any of the times I tested (just under 10), at the same time Samsung pay works about 95% of the times.
    - The screen feels cheap and the touch features are a bit "flimsy"
    - The app has a reasonably OK layout BUT its interaction with Android is a joke. IF the phone thinks it needs some rights reactivated to work after a system update, for example, WHY does the app not ask for this?
    - There is no "automatic" troubleshooting either in the app or in the heart rate watch. How difficult would it have been to have active troubleshooting that looks through the functions you use (instead of coming to a checkout web page)?

    Positively

+ Comparatively small, but clear and usable OLED screen
+ Measures the pulse all day and has built-in breathing exercise to lower the pulse
+ The bracelets are comfortable and practical to change without hassle
+ The size of Charge 3 is excellent for my narrow wrists
+ Battery life is good to good

    negatively

    - Dirt is often collected between the contacts on the bracelet
    - Sometimes the synchronization can stop working so I have to re-install the bracelet in the Fitbit app
    - Can't sync Fitbit data with Google Fit
    - The screen is easy to scratch - use a screen protector!
    - It is difficult to get contactless payments to work against the payment terminals

    Food for thought

. The fabric bracelet included with the Special Edition variant is stiffer than the images reveal
. Screen protectors are available for purchase, but they are very difficult to hold on the screen
. Only the Special Edition variant has NFC for contactless payments
. The step counter can be a little misleading sometimes when it can count even when you are sleeping or working at a desk - at normal running and running it runs right for me however
