This is far and away the BEST coffee from any machine ever, and I've owned quite a few! this will make you a better cup of coffee in 3 minutes, than you have probably ever had in your life. i already knew Nespresso made great coffee, but now they make great coffee in a range of sizes. Not only do I recommend this, i already bought a second for my parents!

I've had the Nespresso Magimix Vertuo Plus a month now and it's a very good product. I love that this machine you can use a number of different sizes capsules, from your espresso shot, right up to a large mug sized. I enjoy that the capsules are colour coded so you can easily find your favourite. This is by far one of the best coffee machines on the market. Very easy to use.

I love that you can have different size cups. It has a range for everybody in the family. I would say the mug is too big. It is ok if you drink black coffee. But most of us drink with milk in the house apart from one that drinks espresso coffee. The pods also seem more expensive. But apart from this it is great. Lots to choose from too. Looks great and I love that you just have to tap the top and it opens for you to insert the pod, tap again and it goes down.

I loved my original Nespresso machine and it served me well for years. However, the only complaint I had was that you always had to judge the amount of hot water yourself.

With this machine the guesswork has been taken out of the equation, as it reads the barcode on each pod and provides the exact amount of water necessary. I also love the new range of flavours, particularly the barista creations. These has been a great substitute for my local coffee shops during these lockdown, particularly when used in conjunction with the milk frother I purchased separately. The colour-coding makes finding a particular favourite quick and easy, plus I think it is very well priced for the coffee experience it provides.

The machine also looks great; it is sleek, modern and I love the fact that they have made the water tank position adjustable so it can fit in any area you choose. The mechanical mechanism in the lid adds a further premium feel to the machine. Best of all, it seems to have the same robust build quality of previous Nespresso machines that I've owned.

An added benefit is the fantastic pod recycling scheme that Nespresso offer, which ensures I'm not negatively impacting the environment with my coffee consumption. Guilt-free coffee!

I decided to treat myself to a coffee machine for my birthday and I’m glad I did. I have to say I’m not a coffee maniac but I enjoy nice cuppa of coffee every now & then, coffee made in the Nespresso mashing is the best I have ever tried it’s so rich and smooth. It takes around 1 minute to make and it smells so good while it’s preparing. Not only does it make good coffee it also look stunning in my kitchen. My neighbour came around and she saw my Nespresso coffee machine and complemented it on How good it looks in my kitchen. So it’s a win win. The only downside I never seen capsules in supermarket only online.

Wonderful little coffee machine. I'm really impressed with the coffees it makes. Love having a different option of sizes and strength of the coffees. Crema is better than some professional espresso machines make (I've used my fair share as barista). I like the ease of use and cleaning so I don't have to slave away at home and my partner can make a great coffee with press of one button without my help :) Absolutely love the smell of coffee that fills my kitchen when it starts doing its magic. So pleased with the purchase. I've planned to get one on so many occasions but always thought of the reason why I don't need it. Now I can't imagine my life without it. The only downside is that there are no alternative coffee pods available at the moment like there are for previous versions of Nespresso. I'm sure that will change over time so it isn't a major issue. Otherwise I'm incredibly pleased with it and use it several times a day.

I was excited to try the Vertuo plus and I have not been disappointed. From the initial unboxing, I have been very impressed, the machine itself feels very solid and well made, and the set-up was simple and the instructions easy to follow. The water tank is easily accessible and removable; I particularly like the fact that it can be moved from the back of the machine to either side, which enables you to adjust the depth of the machine to fit in different areas. It has a decent sized used capsule container which is very accessible for emptying. Loading a capsule is simple with just one touch as is the actual operation of brewing a coffee with the touch button operation. My machine came with a box containing a selection of pods which allowed me to try some of the different coffees and cup sizes available, it was interesting to sample some coffees that I might not otherwise have had the opportunity to try and allowed me to fully appreciate the full functionality of Vertuo Plus. I like the fact that this machine determines exactly the right volume of water required for the chosen pod, it really takes the pressure off guessing, which results in an excellent cup of coffee every time. I absolutely love my Vertuo Plus machine and have no negative views about it, I am really enjoying my daily coffees now more than ever, particularly the double expresso and barista blends. I am looking forward to ordering different selections of pods to try the whole range.

Excellent machine, really pleased I upgraded from my previous model. The machine is a good size and easy to use and refill. Dispenses consistently hot coffee, slightly louder than my previous one but not disruptively so.

i have had a few coffee machines in the past and there was always something not quite right with them so I was a bit sceptical about this brand but thought why not give it a go. It arrived really fast and I didn't wait to get stuck in. The instructions were a bit confusing as it was mostly pictures with random words but I worked it out. In the box there was a sample of different sizes and strengths of coffee so we got stuck in right away. It was so easy to use and the pod releases into the little bin in the back when you open it up so it keeps it all together for you to empty into the the recycling bag that is provided. When you register the machine you get sent a box with a huge selection of capsules in all different strengths and sizes. The different sizes makes a big difference because you can create so many different drinks just like the coffee shop without the price tag. So far I have not found any issues with the machine and have recommended it to so many people.

Having had previous coffee machines I can safely say that this machine is a cut above the rest. It has sleek and modern feel with excellent features. The vertuo machine creates multiple sized coffees giving you a bigger variety of choice. The coffee that it makes are full of flavour and have that 'real' coffee feeling. Nespresso also have an excellent recycling scheme. Something that is so important when it comes to saving the planet! Overall the machine has worked flawlessly and fits in to our kitchen beautifully. The machine itself is reasonably priced with the capsules providing you with the best value for money. I highly recommend this machine and have been raving about it to all my friends and family and fellow coffee lovers!

I am still getting to grips with the many different flavours of pods available, some have proved too strong for me so far but some are so delicious and rival those I pay for in the coffee shop, I adore the Hazelino Muffin the most so far. The machine is very smart, it never overspills the cup and I can leave the machine too it while it works its magic. I have to say I am impressed. I do drink milk with my coffee so perhaps I should have gone with a different type of machine that offers milk too, each time I am adding a dash of bottled milk, but slowly I am weening off it to become a 'proper' coffee drinker. I give 4 stars as the machine is rather loud and vibrates a fair amount, so its not quite perfect.

I've been missing our regular hit of caffeine from the local coffee shop over these past months and so was excited to see if the Nespresso Vertuo could offer as good a cup of coffee at home. The machine comes with a wide selection of styles to try and I'm happy to report each one was as good as if prepared by a barista. The Vertuo is very simple to use, with a couple of button presses your pod is inserted and coffee being poured. The pods have a guide to how many ml of drink they produce so you know which size of cup to place on the tray. The pods are automatically placed into a bin on the back of the device and Nespresso supply a recycling bag so you aren't creating any unnecessary waste. The only complaint would be with the initial setup- the manual is a little sparse and for several different models so it took us a while to luck into working out how to prepare the machine for first use. Once this minor hurdle was out the way, though, it's been simple- one touch to power it on, another to open the pod tray, close it and then press again to brew the coffee. Overall the Vertuo has been a wonderful addition to our kitchen and I can't imagine starting the day without a cup of Nespresso coffee anymore.

If you like good coffee then this is the machine for you! It’s a very sleek machine and easy to use but the best bit is the amount of different styles and strengths of coffee that you can use with it. I particularly love the different sizes. The machine fits in well with my kitchen but I have to admit it does stick out a bit, but the slimness of the machine makes up for that. The only thing that would make it better is if you could get milk pods too, it’s just not the same with a splash of cold milk! The instructions also don’t make it easy to know how to make the barista ones too. But overall, a great machine!

The Look: The Nespresso Vertuo Krups is stylish and compact. It sits on my kitchen side nicely and although is quite long from front to back there is minimal width to it. The Use: I really enjoy the ease of this machine. The initial start up was smooth even from getting it out of the delivery box. It was quick and easy to do an initial clean and then straight onto making coffee. It is so straight forward my mum (who is a self confessed technophobe) was able to make one with no prompting. Simply fill the tank with fresh water, open the lid, pop a pod in, close the lid, press the button and instant fresh coffee. I like the fact the machine can tell different pod sizes and therefore how much water to use or if youve put the wrong size cup in you can stop the water by pressing the button. It is also very handy that the pods are recyclable. The Taste: There are many different pods available with different coffees to try. I would say it is for the more refined coffee drinker as they are more on the bitter side. However, the coffee is very smooth and rich, the website has plenty of recipes for different styles such as mocha where they suggest a square of dark chocolate at the bottom of a cup before using a pod. The Price: I think the cost of the machine is very reasonable for what you get, the pods are on the expensive side however, if you are a regular coffee shop drinker this machine would save you a fortune and still give you delicious coffee, especially in the times we are in at the moment where staying at home is good.

Great coffee but poor overall experience. At least for us.
With this machine you are tied into nespresso vertuo pods. You can get these from a select few retailers or get a monthly subscription. This only highlights how much money you are spending on coffee a month and with 2 people having 1-2 a day this is still highly priced. The coffee is amazing. Subscription service and not being able to "pop to shop" and pick some pods up is definitely not for me. If this doesn't bother you then you will get barista coffee at home.

As a coffee lover I was looking forward to trying a new coffee machine and I must say I wasn't disappointed. Moving from a smaller pod machine to a bean to cup machine previously I was intrigued by the new technology and being a geek at heart I couldn't resist this. I love my bean to cup machine but I think that this actually gives a better cup of coffee. The depth of flavour and crema are gorgeous and spot on every time. I like my coffee strong and this packs in the flavour. I have tried the mexico, stormio and various double espressos. I must admit I love them all, including the ones I wasn't expecting to enjoy as much, such as the hazelnut and vanilla flavours. The only drawback I would say is the coffee can be slightly cooler than preferred but only if a few drinks have been made in a row. Perfect for just one or two, but if doing a few for friends, just remember to pre heat your mugs with boiling water before hand. All in all a damn find cup of coffee.

I was super excited to get my new machine as an upgrade to my existing Nespresso pod system. The Vertuo does make a much better coffee thanks to the varying size of pods. I love that I can now buy a pod to make a long coffee and because the machine ‘reads’ each pod, it knows how to make the coffee. Very clever, only a shame that these pods are more expensive than the standard pods, but hopefully that will come down once this machine becomes more popular. Set up was really easy and instructions clear, I really like that the machine is linked to my Nespresso account and will remind me when to descale, the only issue I had was connecting it to the internet, I still can’t do it but that could be an issue with our internet supplier.. Overall I am so pleased with the Vertuo and love the coffee it produces, I definitely won’t be returning to the old system!

I love it's red colour and the coffee machine looks very nice . I would not have it in other colour. Pretty easy to use as well, but find it a little too noisy. I had Nespresso before and it was less noisy so I can compare to other one before. How true that choosing your coffee is the hardest bit, however I found all the coffee that came with it taste too strong for me. On the other hand It last longer :D to my husband's happiness. My husband likes the foam the machine does, but I on the other hand don't and I find that the coffee is not as hot as it could be. So it is 50/50 in between me and my husband, who loves this machine, but for me it just a coffee machine with some nice pods. The Nespresso glass is very stylish and I love how it shapes to the hand! I would want to see some improvements on Krups from Nespresso because while the coffee machine undoubtedly look stylish, modern and lovely the coffee it makes is rather average. Overall I wouldn't spend so much money for what I got.

As I am a relatively new coffee drinker this is the first coffee machine I have owned. I found the setup and cleaning to be effortless and I really like the slick design of the product. I think you can tell just by looking at it that it is a premium product and I have had various compliments from family on how good the coffees are. I have really enjoyed trying the different variety of coffees and I think it is really clever that the machine is able to work out what capsule has been placed in the machine & fill to the appropriate size. I think the idea of connecting the machine to your phone is a bit of a gimmick and doesn’t really add much to the experience for me. I do find that closing the top of the machine can sometimes be quite hard work and this could potentially be an issue for those who have less strength in their hands due to age etc. I am overall very happy with the product and the only real downsize is the size of the water container as this needs filling up fairly regularly.

I am no stranger to Nespresso, as I've had a pixie machine for way over a year now. My only qualm with that machine, is that it doesn't make long coffees. It's geared towards espressos and short drinks. But this new Vertuo machine solves that problem! It makes several sizes of coffee, including one big enough to fill a large travel cup. Its other plus point are that its much quieter than my old machine, and tidies away the used pods out of sight. It looks great and has a bigger water container, so I fill it less often, which is great too. The machine came with a set of pods to try, all of which were lovely. My favourite by far are the barista creations, which are delicious! I also noticed that the vertuo machine gives a much better crema on the coffees.

My only negative point (and unfortunately it is a major one) is that this machine only accepts Nespresso branded pods. This is a negative for 2 reasons - firstly cost - a lot of the third party pods are really tasty and there's a lot of variety, plus they work out a fair bit cheaper than the Nespresso pods. Secondly is convenience - we do buy pods from Nespresso, but if we run out or fancy a change we go to the shop and buy some other branded ones. These are available in pretty much every sort of supermarket and even smaller shops. This is not the case for Vertuo and would be literally the only reason not to recommend this machine. The coffee is delicious, I like the longer drinks, the machine looks great, the pods are recyclable, but I want to have the choice of buying from other brands. Hopefully Nespresso will allow this soon.

When the machine arrived it was very easy to set up and the initial cleaning procedure was quick. The design is sleek and slim although still felt a little bit bulky and would be nice if the water tank lid was attached. The coffee experience however is great. Nespresso is probably the best tasting coffee you could have at home from a machine. The process is so simple and the real benefit of this machine is a longer coffee. The barcode reader means you can change up the size of your coffee without having to mess around with how much water is needed each time and the adjustable drip tray makes for a mess free experience. For us this is ideal as we often have different size coffees. Being a nespresso customer already I found reordering of pods is a simple process. Whilst the pods might be considered expensive, you are getting a superior coffee and if you only have one or two a day then it’s definitely worthwhile.

Very pleased to be able to make coffee shop quality coffee in my own home. The larger sizes; mug 230ml and alto 414ml are a refreshing change to the standard smaller size pod machines. Now I can make a coffee at home that is worthy of my travel mug. The Nespresso Vertuo Next is a stylish coffee machine. It is slim and all in one line so it fits well in smaller spaces. It is very smooth and easy to operate. It is not as noisy as expected. The coffee pods are excellent quality, there is something in the range to suit all tastes. The coffee selection has a genuine taste range. Single origin coffees are also available as a limited selection. The pods are barcoded the machine brews the size according to the pod size, taking away any possibility for user error. The machine and packaging are made from recycled materials which is a real positive.

I've been using the Nespresso Vertuo Next by Krups for some time now and I am positively impressed.
The coffee tastes very good, the selection is extensive, and there is something for everyone (as you would expect from the wide choice of Nespresso Vertuo capsules). I would particularly like to highlight the cup size options. It starts with Espresso (40ml) and Double Espresso (80ml), "Gran Lungo" (150ml), "Mug" (230ml) and finally "Alto" (414ml).
Operation and convenience are great: switch on, let it warm up, insert the capsule, lower the cup, press the button, done. I can confirm the rich cream promised in the advertising. With a separate milk frother you can then conjure up a cappuccino from the espresso capsules.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the machine, and the large water tank is also a plus, especially when it comes to entertaining guests.
Two negative points here (which led to a star deduction):
1.) The coffee temperature is a little too low for my taste.
2.) From my experience the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth function is very glitchy as it took me almost 20 minutes trying all various options before finally managing to connect the machine to my Android phone. Overall very disappointed with a function which could have been great but instead it is just a useless add-on as you would expect to be able to manage some of the machine functions with it at least.

The machine looks so good in my kitchen, nice and sleek, stylish and the colour matches too. Iv been considering buying a coffee machine for ages since my last one broke last year, i just wasn't sure what to go with. Well the Nespresso Vertuo is defiantly for keeps. The machine is light and easy to set up, you could literally do it with your eyes closed. The cleaning process is also really easy and simple to do, its easy to refill the water without removing and lugging the tank across the room. The coffee capsules couldn't be any more simple to use, the machine heats up pretty instantly, and takes less than 30 seconds to make my coffee. Brilliant if your in a rush. I tested the product also using a flask as i always take a coffee out to work in the morning, this was just as simple and worked great without any trouble trying to remove the flask without spilling. The drip tray is movable to different heights so allows for this purpose. This is also really simple and easy to pull out, clean and move. The whole machine feels well made, durable and no badly fitting parts or flimsy areas. I love how Eco friendly the company is also, they even supply recycling bags and offer to collect my used capsules to recycle them correctly for me. You don't get that a lot, even the packaging is made from recycled goods. The range of coffee is superb, the company offer a membership so you can pre-order your coffee for delivery or you can purchase flavours per a pod. Yes, they seem quite expensive to some to start with but you'd pay £2 or £3 from a coffee shop anyway. Like they say, you get what you pay for. Another handy thing iv found is the website has recipes and shows you how to make different coffees, so the milk frothier is defiantly going in my basket! My whole experience so far has been great, the coffee tastes clean, crisp and fresh and really does smell like the real thing! I love how there is so may to choose from which fit the Vertuo range, no waiting around for more to be released. I have heard there are cheaper compatibles if anyone is wondering. Im going with subscription for now personally. The company do offer warranty and also lend you a machine if yours goes wrong, simply posted to you the next day and collected again for free! Really glad i purchased this product and i believe ill have many happy months as a coffee drinker ahead, now to start exploring the range and finding my favorite!

I have received my Nepresso machine and I was instantly impressed by how this machine looks. Its sleek and stylish and very easy to set up. The pods that came in the box was an extra bonus as I could use the machine right away. The speed of how it makes a full cup of coffee is good. There isn't a great amount of noise from the machine which is perfect. The coffees are delish which is an extra bonus. Overall I'm very impressed. It fits perfectly into my Kitchen and does not take up much space. I have made cups of coffee for my friends and family and they all love it.

I never wanted a pod coffee machine. Call me lazy, a luddite, or both, but I like instant coffee. It's quick, it’s easy and it’s cheap. For some reason I decided to give a Nespresso Vertuo a go. I got it set up no problem, and it even connects to your Wi-Fi so the software gets automatic updates. Once up and running, simply fill the reservoir, insert a pod and press the button. Turns out it’s even easier than instant as you don’t even have to pour a kettle (or wait for it)! There are loads of types and flavours of coffee to choose from. The machine came with a nice selection pack which gave me a good idea of what I would like. I loved them all! Some were a little strong, but I liked how easy it was to add extra water or even re-programme the amount of water the machine gives different coffees. Very handy if you have unique cup sizes. Buying replacement pods isn't even as expensive as I had feared. I think it's roughly 50p a cup, which compared to my instant is a step up, it definitely beats coffee shop prices. Nespresso Vertuo instantly gives a perfect cup of coffee every time. I didn't want to like it, but I really, really do. Whilst it won't completely replace my instant, it definitely means my cafetiere is gone. My only problem is where to put it in my kitchen...it is quite long, so doesn't look right sat on it's own, but you need to access the water tank at the rear so cannot be sandwiched between the microwave and the toaster. At the moment it's been relegated to the utility room.

The machine is very similar in look and uses the same barcode technology to put out a steaming mug of coffee topped with a generous crema that is created from the unique spinning technology. It was so simple to get the machine set up and run a quick cleaning cycle - taking no more than 15 minutes in total. With the machine we got a selection of 12 pods in varying strengths and flavours. It's is simple to pop the pod in and simply press one button to brew the coffee. The crema is the most luxurious we have ever seen - even better than barista ones! The flavour of the coffee is perfect - we enjoyed most of the pods without any milk and it was still a very indulgent experience. I would say the coffee brewed in this Nespresso machine is no different to the original magimix and so this machine has no obvious advantages which allows consumers to be free to purchase either. Coffee addicts be warned, once you develop a taste for Nespresso coffees instant can no longer suffice. Based on the simplicity of the machine and the high quality coffee that it produces, I would highly recomm be the Nespresso Vertuo

I love coffee. So to say I was excited to get my hands on a new Nespresso machine would be an understatement. First off it looks great and is easy to setup and use, it is quite chunky compared to my other machines, but I managed to find space for it amongst the rest of the fleet! There is only one button to operate it as the machine reads a code on each of the pods to know just how much water to add and once it is done the ejection of the pod into the storage bin is quite cool and novel. The coffees I have tried so far have been very nice even the ones you need to add milk to and I never normally add milk to coffee. I did add it with a couple of them but had the rest black and they were still a very nice drink The one thing I do find though, as somebody who drinks a lot of coffee, it is quite expensive to run with the pods coming in at an average of 60p-80p per pod (some as expensive as £1 per pod) vs a normal Nespresso pod cost of around 20p-30p per pod. If this is just going to replace you daily trip to {“insert brand here”} coffee shops then the savings you will make will be great, if its going to replace your existing pod machine, be prepared to see a spike in running costs especially as there are not many non-branded pod options out there for this machine at the time of writing. I also got a tad frustrated at not being able to tweak the fill level of the water. Yes I know I know Nespresso are the experts and have designed each pot with its optimum water flow etc etc but I l do enjoy trying different blends in different lengths, even if one is optimised for a lungo, doesn’t mean it isn’t going to be nice as an espresso! I did also find that, even though the dispense volume was pre-set, the coffee was not as consistent as I would expect. It wasn’t a massive difference and again certainly not a deal breaker, but I did notice more than once that the same coffee using the same water tasted ever so slightly different. Overall however, these issues are minor and nothing that should dissuade from considering this as a purchase. It is a great machine that makes great coffee. Just make sure and factor the running costs!

We have used other capsule machines before so buying this one gave use a good opportunity to compare different brands and machine types. The Nespresso makes much better coffee! I know, this is the personal taste think but it is TRUE.
It is very easy to use. We use french press coffee all the time but this is a very convenient way of making best coffee quickly. There is a very good selection of coffees available, and the original welcome pack included with the machine gives you a good selection to try.
The machine is well designed, nice and gentle. It is slightly bigger than our previous one though. It has a good size water tank and convenient internal container for used capsules.
There are some downsides compare to our previous one. This coffee machine is slightly louder than our previous one, probably due to the different way the coffee is extracted. The Vertuo capsule system is quite new and they are not widely available. I understand that at this stage you can only purchase pods from the Nespresso online shop or well known online outlets. They are not available in grocery shops. There is a patent on the Vertuo pods, so don't expect the non branded ones any time soon. Unfortunately it means that they are more expensive than all competitors. On the other hand, they are aluminium so easy recyclable, there is a good selection available and the coffee from Virtuo Nespresso taste great!
One other disadvantage of Nespresso compare to our previous capsule machine is that they don't offer other types drinks like the hot chocolate or other sweet drinks for kids. My kids are certainly disappointed. That might change in the future but for now my kids prefer the other one :)
All in all - great coffee maker.

This is my first coffee pod machine. The Vertuo machines deliver bigger cups of coffee (compared to the Original) which is what I need.

Love it the first sight - sleek and would stand out from any kitchen/office table surfaces. The set up was easy and pairing with Wifi was smooth. Impressed by only a single button to do 'everything' - pre-heat, deep-clean, setting pre-set volume of different cup size, paring Wifi etc!

It is a steep learning curve for me to explore the huge range of Nespresso Coffee. Firstly, the cup size from Expresso to Alto (5 different types), and then the various strengths from 2 to 11. I also found it fascinating to find out the origin and different aroma. (If the weather permits, I would love to try out the Ice-coffee range!)

You would be obliged to join the Nespresso Club online for various benefits and order new pods/recycling bags etc. I do notice, however,

I have now committed to a slightly more 'expensive' coffee journey...

Love this machine! It has a very slim and compact design, perfect for my small kitchen. It is quite quiet and delivers a great cup of coffee in less than a minute. I love how the capsules are removed automatically and sent to the container- no more handling messy, used pods! (my son especially loves this feature!). I've wanted a Nespresso machine for ages after having one in the office and this machine is perfect. I love the wide range of coffees available (and some even give an entire mug of coffee, unlike others I have tried). While this machine may be on the more pricy side, it is well worth it and being able to link the machine by Blutooth to Nespresso makes it so much easier to get support if it ever needs it. I would buy this machine again in a heartbeat.

Having tried a few coffee machines over the years I must admit my expectations of what a coffee machine can do were rather low. Boy, have I even been sooo wrong! My beautiful new machine is the gem of my kitchen and I love the variety of coffees we can make.
My husband is a double-espresso guy but I need my coffee to be different every time. With cream, with milk, black and bitter, short or long - which is why I used to love coffee shops. This machine, however, seems to have changed that. Whatever my mood is, I can find a coffee that matches it, and the single espresso with a kick of a Diavolitto is just as pleasing as a long white Caramel Cookie.
And the best of it all? All you need to do is add your favourite capsule, press a button and the machine will do the rest. Based on the bar codes on the top of the capsule, your new Vertuo Fairy will know the right temperature and the right amount of water to brew your coffee to perfection. Oh, and you know what? The aluminum capsules are not only beautiful but can be recycled free of charge. The recycling bags can be ordered when you buy your next batch of capsules and you can just drop it of at a collection point. Live far away from one? Nespresso even offers free collection so you can still love your coffee and do right by the environment. :)

Delicious coffee at touch of a button. we have the Neopresso smaller machine and the coffee it makes are not big enough. Unboxing it was exciting. The machine is bigger than expected, much taller than our other one but it's good it doesn't take up too much space in the kitchen. The red goes with our tiles and some of our kitchen accessories so it looks great. We followed the instructions to clean it on the first use but for some reason it would not work and we turned it off and on again but it still did not work. So I skipped again to make and coffee and it was great. It came with a nice starter box of 20 capsules with a menu to show you the size and strength of each one. I like the fact there is one size for the takeaway flasks but as we are currently working from home this won't get as much use at the moment. It's really nice to have good coffee at home and I bet this selling well at the moment. The price tag of £150 I would say is quite high... but the capsules and the machine are a luxury so it's a nice everyday treat. I have just seen this is now £80-£90 at AO and John Lewis now so considering buying for the in laws

I adore my Nespresso! I love coffee and have resisted the Nespresso/George Clooney campaign as a bit gimmicky but I am the one that has missed out! The machine is lovely and slender and fits in my kitchen far better than a percolator or my previous coffee pod machine. It is sleek and easy to keep looking pristine. I love the coffee pods and the way they are presented - they are so pretty and the colours are lovely! I guess that is a girl thing. The selection of mixed pods that came with the machine are presented so beautifully - they look like a box of chocolates and you really do feel like you are being spoilt. Initially I found the machine difficult to set up; I just couldn't press the button three times in two seconds. I walked away frustrated, tried it again and did it first time, so it must have been me! I think the machine is noisier than other brands but this pales in consideration of the coffee! I love the fact that the coffee is automatically dispensed according to the beverage. Amazing! I can turn it on and walk off and leave it and I am guaranteed a perfect coffee. No guessing when the coffee runs out - or putting too much water in. I haven't quite got the knack of flipping the empty capsule into the coffee bin - but I have fun trying! And the recycling scheme...wow! I love it. You can order free recycling bags and the company will collect when full for free and recycle the pods. Good coffee and no guilt about using pods! I have tried several of the coffee types and I have to say I love them all. They smell fantastic when they are being dispensed and the crema is amazing. I take an iced coffee to work every day: a hot coffee over ice. The crema is thick and luxurious and lasts until I get to work and for the length of my coffee. At night I love a Martini Espresso. I have tried making these with other pod machines, espresso makers and different types of instant coffee. The Martini Espressos that I have from the Nespresso machine are amazing! The flavour is full and rich and the head lasts for the whole cocktail. I will definitely be buying the decaf pods so that I can drink more Martini Espressos at night! I have looked at the range of pods available and am a bit overwhelmed. I really don't know where to start: there are that many! Thankfully they do a mixed selection of 50 pods. I can't wait to try them all and find my favourites. I am a convert! I will be buying the milk frother to make cappuccinos. I can't wait. I'm sorry George - I was wrong!

The Vertuo Krups was super simple to set up, it came ready to go other than a rinse of the water dispenser and an initial machine clean and then it was good to go. The pods it came with allowed me to explore coffee at a new level. I did select an espresso pod instead of a mug pod on my first try but it was user error I'm afraid! I could explain to you how I was amazed by the crema and watching the coffee fill in a glass mug is a thing of beauty. The 2 best things after all of that are my home smells delicious all day and my youngest son actually delights in making me coffee now (it really is that simple)!

The machine was easy to setup - plug in, fill with water and add the cup holder were the main steps. I was surprised how large the machine is, about twice the size of my standard krups nespresso machine! It is bigger in height, length and width and quite a bit heavier. The mechanism for opening and especially closing the machine to insert capsules requires quite a lot of force which some may find difficult. I understand this is automated on the Vertueo plus machines so they may be worth a look if this is an issue. Coffee taste is good. Fairly strong on the longer drinks, even those that are rated at 4 or 5 strength. The machine makes excellent crema, and coffee is prepared quickly. I have always been happy with the standard nespresso machine , although do also enjoy longer drinks which this machine delivers. It can also make expresso - which tastes good. The one press system whereby it reads the code on the pod and adjusts the amount of water accordingly makes using the machine very easy. I noticed that the mechanism to move the used pod to the bin doesn't always work, and has to be done manually - no big issue but it could be improved. Related, the pod bin gathers liquid and after one week mould had grown around the inside edge! I will pay more attention to rinsing this now... I have never had this issue with my older machine so I think this is a design issue, or at least something that should be brought to the users attention. Overall I am impressed with the coffee produced

If you're looking for proper coffee at home, this really is a great machine and at the moment, it's at a ridiculously impressive price!
You also get a 'test' set and it's worth going through to see what you really like. But, overall, if you're after Barista-style coffee at home, this is the one to get.
It's so easy to use, it's no fuss at all and there's no reason for us to go back to filter coffee after discovering the Vertuo!

Absolutely brilliant coffee machine! We had a different brand which was top of the range (very expensive) however this one beats it in flavour, speed, ease of use & how easy it is to clean! Highly recommend it!

I had the Nespresso Vertuoplus machine, and have been looking forward to trying out the new model. The Vertuo Next model looks great in my kitchen. It is really easy to use, and super fast to heat up and be ready to use. The one downside is that it is quite manual and stiff to open and close the lever when inserting the capsule.

But the coffee tastes as great as ever. There is a good range of capsules that came with my purchase, with different strengths, flavours, and sizes to try.

I look forward to the first cuppa to kickstart my day! I usually go for a mug size capsule in the morning, and an expresso in the afternoon. I also love the new Master Origin range of capsules. It’s also good that the capsules are recyclable.

Upgrade from my old Nespresso 😁

I have had a Nespresso for quite a few years and was very excited to see how this new model compares and what new fetchers it had.
I have been very pleased with it, I love the fact that you now have so many choices of the size of coffee and it’s all totally automatic. I love an espresso but my husband love latte and cappuccino. This machine gives you great flexibility for what ever type of coffee is your favourite. The only down side is there is no milk unit with this machine.
The machine is very well built and really easy to set up and use. I really love the way the used pods are removed and dropped in to the collection pot.
The choice of coffee from Nespresso is amazing, so many different sizes, strengths and some especially for using with milk or ice.

I am a big fan of Nespresso already but this machine tops my previous experience. The machine looks so stylish and is extremely easy to set up. I just needed to rinse through the machine and it was ready to go. The coffee tastes amazing every time. There is so much variety to choose from. The machine automatically knows which size the coffee will be from the pod. The coffee is creamy and I love having the machine to use for everyday coffee and it produces special tasting coffee for when I have friends round. It also looks great on my kitchen counter.

Upon first opening my box I was suprised at the size of the machine, it was larger than I expected. It was easy to put together and start using after having a quick glance through the clear instructions provided. It came with a very nice selection of different capsules to try, I was spoilt for choice for my first mugful. I was bored of my usual instant coffee and was ready to be awakened to the taste of 'proper' coffee without the faff of using a cafetiere and I was not disappointed. The coffee capsule is easy to put in the machine and I was suprised how quick it was from turning the machine on at the push of a button to it warming up and being ready to make the first coffee. Within a couple of minutes I had a nice hot coffee screaming to be drunk, the smell of real coffee wafting through the house causing my hubby's nose to start twitching. The machine has a handy compartment where the used capsule falls into when you open the lid so it saves you from burning your fingers on the hot capsule. It can fit around 10 in so you don't have to keep emptying it. (Just be aware of the reservoir in the bottom of the compartment that collects the coffee drips from the capsule or you'll end up with a puddle on your worktop when you empty it!) The water reservoir is easy to fill and connect to the back of the machine, just be aware of the lid as it just slots on the top. With it being made from clear plastic, you can see when it needs to be refilled. The drip tray can be raised or lowered to accomodate most cup sizes and can be removed completely if using a travel mug. Nespresso has an app which is available for iPhones and Androids and you can use it to connect to your machine via bluetooth. You can use the app to easily order more capsules and accessories and to register the machine, there are regular promotions and offers available. Nespresso can easily be contacted if there are any issues or questions with the machine. Used capsules can be returned to Nespresso to be recycled at no extra cost to the owner which I think is an excellent idea. For a nice hot coffee for a much cheaper price per cup than high street coffee shops, the easy to use Nespresso Vertuo is a household must in my opinion.

I have tried couple of coffee machines in the past but nothing comes close to taste and smoothness of the coffee Krups Nespresso Vertuo make. It does not feel like bitter or burnt and aftertaste is just like you her from coffee made in coffee shops.
Some of the best advantage of this machine are as follows:
    - easy to setup ( don’t have to be tech savvy)
    - one button to operate and make coffee
    - pods get collected in the tube at the back so don’t have to clean after each use ( just drop them in recycle bag when full)
    - slim and compact design so take very less space on kitchen top
I would recommend it to anyone who enjoy coffee as a morning routine, I like mine and so far I’m very happy with my purchase.

I was impressed that the box was made from recycled materials. The box of pods is like a box of chocolates. Lots of coloured pods which are different coffees including espresso, coffee to have with milk, long coffees and flavoured coffees. The machine itself is stylist and looks great on my countertop. The water tank is easy to fill and load and the pods are easy to put in place and lock in ready for brewing. The machine is quite noisy when it’s brewing but produces lovely smooth coffee. The only downside is that you can’t use compatible pods as they are vertuo pods not standard Nespresso ones. Overall, lovely tasting coffee and a stylish design.

I love this machine, it looks fab and the coffee tastes great.... very easy to use. Working from home it gives you that coffee shop feeling and aroma and the ease of use with no faff means it’s used daily instead of boiling the kettle. If I could change anything it would be the option of lattes/cappuccinos and hot chocolate, that’s the only downside I can come up with so far! There are so many coffee options for this machine that there is something for everyone and it gives that fresh ground coffee flavour. A couple of them are very strong, too strong for me! My favourite is the Bianco Leggero, really smooth fresh coffee without a bitter after taste! I’m keen to also try the iced coffee range that they have brought out. Overall-great machine, stylish, doesn’t take up too much room on the counter, delivers great coffee and smells amazing! The pods are so Simple, clean and easy to use and when you’ve finished they drop into a bin attached to the bin and on looking on the Nespresso site these can all be recycled too so win win!

Excellent coffee machine makes hot strong coffee and has make a great stylish addition to my kitchen. Simple to set up and get going, it came with a welcome pack that explained how to set up but was not rocket science! I love the idea that the capsules are environmentally friendly, but it would have been good to add a recycling bag to the package, have been able to easily order one for free though through the Nespresso website Love the selection box of coffee that came with the machine it was a really nice touch and felt really special. This new machine has meant my old coffee machine has been mothballed as I have realised that you can have coffee as good as the high street chains and at about 60p per cup it works for me, also small thing but love that I don't have to remove an old pod everytime I want a coffee as it empties the pods into a drawer automatically. Would like to be able to buy the pods in the supermarkets as currently it seems that I can only order online. Delivery from AO was quick and easy no problems with ordering. I have already recommended this to friends!

The New Nespresso Vertuo is amazing because: I can use one pod to make a coffee to perfectly fill my travel cup before work instead of two or three my old machine used. If I want a smaller coffee then I can use a smaller pod. I don’t have to balance a large cup under the spout in order to get a cup of coffee, all my mugs and my large travel mug just fit under the larger machine. It is quieter and quicker when operating. If you run out of water mid cycle it remembers how much more water you need when you refill and restart, rather than having to guess. It’s also harder to run out of water as the reservoir is so much larger than my old machine. It is pretty and minimalist. Completely fool proof. Easy to keep clean with few nooks or crannies. There are loads of different flavours to try. I love Nespresso coffee so much that I would rather come home and have a coffee out of my machine than go to a coffee chain which are so hit and miss...and expensive. It makes me get out of bed to know that I’m going to be treating myself to a nice, quickly made, mess free coffee. Nespresso do next day delivery which is free over a certain amount. You can order through a handy little app on your phone. The pods are recyclable through Nespresso. I have recycled with them before and it was painless. Negatives: When I received my order the box of my machine was properly damaged and already open. Either Argos or Yodel issue but thankfully the machine was really well packaged and doesn’t appear damaged. I was lucky to not have lost the drip tray which was just floating around the top. The pods are more expensive and not available in shops which means I am not drinking as much coffee as I used to. The machine is a lot bigger than the older style ones (see my photo). This means that I can’t open the machine up fully under the counter area where I like to keep it, so I have to kind of push the used pods along the guide to the collection bin, rather than it be automatic...no biggie though. All in all I love my new machine. I have already placed another order for pods. It is worth every penny.

I love my coffee so have been through several machines, most recently I had the Nespresso Lattissima which was nice but very big. This Vertuo machine was something I had looked at but wasn't impressed that you could not use original capsules! Anyway, it has won me over. So easy to set up, just flush it through with water first then away you go, I got some pods in the box so could try from the initial setup. The Bluetooth connection was a bit trickier to get going however, plus I thought you could brew a coffee from your phone which would be perfect for me when working from home, but you can't - it's just for updating software and descale alerts! Snore! Overall, I enjoy the taste of the coffee very much, I have heard on the grapevine that there are cheaper pods out there but I haven't really looked yet. The machine is smaller than my previous one so fits in really well. I would definitely recommend to someone looking to upgrade their coffee moments.

Received my Nespresso Vertuo and Opened the box. 🤩 Inside was a very elegant, neat, red/black machine with silver lock lever, black adjustable cup holder, cylindrical water tank, quick guide, instructions, warranty and 12 beautiful, metallic, recyclable, dome pods. ___________________________ It is so petit that it hardly takes up any space on my worktop and it fits in perfectly with the other small appliances in my kitchen 👍 ___________________________ Easy to clean - no disc required. Just fill with cold water 💦, wait til heated ♨️, then press the cup icon 3 times, in short succession. ___________________________ ‼️ remember to put a 400ml mug on the mug stand. ___________________________ Now to make the coffee ☕! ___________________________ Make sure the cup holder is set to right height for you mug/cup, pop milk in your mug/cup, if required, and pop your mug/cup on. ___________________________ Open the machine by sliding the silver lever anticlockwise to 🕡 & lift the lid. Pop the pod of your choice dome faced down, in the dome shaped hole and close the lid. Once the cup icon has stopped flashing ♨️, press once, wait and enjoy. Once finished, open the lid & it'll pop the used pod in the bin. ___________________________ It treats each coffee with care, and froths the coffee where applicable. Each coffee I have tried so far, have all been prepared to the perfect temp 🌡️, and treated so delicately, that I can tasted the subtle delicious, differences between each coffee. 😋☕ ___________________________ Coffee bliss! ☕👍😋 ___________________________ You can even add extra water, or programme it, to adjust the amount of water used for each type of pod.

We had never tried a Nespresso product in the past, and we've been impressed so far with the time we've had with it.

    Packaging:
The product packaging was worth noting at first, very pleasing to the eye, and seemed to be made of recyclable material. It also seemed to not contain any unnecessary packaging also.

    Setup:
The setup was a little fiddly if I'm honest, mostly with getting the device connected to the WiFi network. I'm very technically able, but I felt the process was more complex than it could have been getting a connection via my phone. However, that is optional and the rest of the set up was easy and straightforward. So I wouldn't let it out you off!

    Look & Feel:
The product we received looks great, really premium looking and the packaging complemented the product as a whole. It is basically all plastic, matte on all of it except the front which is more glossy. It looks great. Maybe could be an improvement with the fit of the grid in the drip tray and maybe the lid of the water compartment could be more premium, but we're struggling to pick thinks we dislike.

    The Coffee:
Probably the most important part, and we were very very impressed by the choice available. The initial capsules we got went quickly and was glad to receive 30 more so we could continue enjoying new tastes. We liked this the most, the choice and variety offered by Nespresso. We're excited to try more. We even purchased the Nespresso Aeroccino milk warmer/frother to accompany this product, as we wanted to try even more options - it's amazing too. So if you have the Nespresso machine, we recommend pairing it with other Nespresso products. My only criticism would be that I'd love to have more serving suggestions on the packaging, to give new ideas.

    Overall:
We love it, and completely converted into the Nespresso coffee ecosystem. We're already planning what capsules to get next, and what to try (we love cold foamy coffees, so that's our next test with the capsules we have and the additional frother we purchased from Nespresso). We'll continue with the trial capsules and update if we have anything else to share, but this product is a winner for us!
