This printer is super easy to set up. You download the HP Smart app to your computer and/or phone then follow the instructions to connect to wifi and complete the set up. It took us about 5-10 minutes from start to finish. The quality of the prints is great, it does a brilliant job with copying and scanning too. With 2 adults working from home and a busy toddler this has been a very welcome addition. For work it does all the tasks we need quickly and easily, as it is wireless we are able to print from multiple laptops with no fuss. As parents the ability to print pictures for our child to colour in has been brilliant, saved us many tantrums. We can search on our phone then send to print, it is done in seconds and happy times!

All in one wireless printer. Small, stylish, compact this printer is really Easy to set up- it’s pretty much plug in and go! Download the HP smart app and voila your phone becomes a magic controller for everything you need your printer to do, it’s that simple! Fast print & clear images. Can use straight from your mobile phone- can even send fax’s from your phone too. The instant ink is a fab idea- the printer is so clued up that it knows when you’ve printed enough pages to need new Ink and sends it to you in the post for a small monthly fee. It works out cheaper than what I would have paid buying as I went along. You don’t even have to go hunting for the correct ink for your printer- something I ALWAYS ended up doing before. So easy to navigate that my 7 year old uses it. In the week that I’ve had this printer I’ve managed to print over 300 pages- between me working and studying part time and 4 of my school age children it’s taken a huge amount of use in a short space of time and because it is multifunction it suits all of our needs. This printer Does exactly what it says on the tin! Really Highly recommend this printer.

As I now work from home everyday, I really needed an upgrade on my printer, especially for scanning. I’m so glad I got this as it’s perfect for printing and scanning. Really easy to connect to and set up was no problem. It’s great that it’s wireless as I was short on desk space so needed to place it on a shelf. The scanner is great as it has a feeder section the documents go through much faster than a standard flat bed scanner. It requires the downloading of the HP app which is very straightforward and self-explanatory. The app also keeps you updated with the ink levels and paper levels. The most useful feature has to be the ability to preview a document you have scanned so it shows straightaway how it comes out. Would definitely recommend this printer/scanner!

For the price, it has given us the ability to colour print with ease. Wirelessly over the home network with photographs being printed for the first time in 15 years. We will stick with the laser printer as the work horse but this is great for quick, easy colour printing

Set up was very easy and fast. I used my phone to set up and then added 3 additional devices. The white glossy feel of the printer and the modern look fits perfectly in most homes. When printing, there is a little bit noise however is very quick and the ink work is very clear on the page. Regarding ink, 1 black and 1 colour ink pod was supplied however you can sign up to HP ink at home for a convenient was to keep on top of what you need and/or you can buy on the go website. Ink is cheaper than most competitors. A couple things to note is that you need to manually turn the printer off and if you need to move it regularly it is quite heavy. Overall, I am very pleased with this printer and will highly recommend.

If you are looking for a printer that will do all the jobs you need then here you are! It copies easily, scans and prints. I like the feeder at the top and this is why I prefer this over my old printer. The HP Instant Ink plan means I never run out of ink and keeps my printing cost low, without a plan it may prove a costly printer. The printer doesn't look too bad although white isn't my ideal choice and I would definitely prefer black. The print quality is good although although you will want to run alignment tests to begin with. It is not as quite as some printers and does make some noise when printing but this was not an issue for me. It has the ability to print wirelessly and you can also print from the app downloaded to your phone, the initial set up can be a faff but once done you won't have to worry again unless you change your wifi hub. Overall, if you need a printer that can print, scan and copy with the added benefit of being wireless and having ability to print from phone using the app then this is great value!

I do like my new 4120 but I had issues, if you are not technically minded this may be a struggle. When setting up you need to know what you are doing, just following the instructions does not always work. Once I finally got connected the quality of the prints were very good, the printer was reasonably quiet and it does look good.
Connection to my laptop was very good and the software provided works very well.

Love this printer. Easy to set up with an app on my phone. White in colour, neat and stylish. Has a handy page feeder so you can copy or scan multiple pages at once. Appears to use less ink than my previous HP printer.

The HP printer comes well packaged and is incredibly easy to set up straight out of the box. Download the app and the printer is set up on your WiFi in under 5 minutes. The quality of the printing is really good however on highest settings the ink noticeably goes down with each print (this is based on the smaller trial cartridges provided) It's a great looking printer so it doesn't look out of place in the home, the only downside is it does need to have space above due the scanner, this means it will be on top of a side board etc. The scanner is great the kids loved copying pages from their favourite books to colour in and also copying their own hands and feet! The best aspect of the printer is that once it is on your home network anyone can print from it, so whether your laptop, tablet or phone the process was identical and seamless. The kids were able to print colouring pages and word searches. Whilst my wife could print all her school work (she's a teacher). Pros, looks, quality, speed, ease of use Cons, size, printer cartridge yield I would definitely recommend this printer and I am a big fan of HP they have now had some brilliant updates in the last year or so, this printer continues that trend.

This is a printer suitable for a small household. Once you have managed to get connected to the app on the PC or phone it is pretty simple to use the different functions. You can seem to only connect the printer to the WiFi through a PC. It is a bit clunky when it loads the paper to print and when scanning but otherwise it does what it is designed to do.

e opened printer yesterday evening but due to pile of printing and scanning paper work for meetings were very discouraged. We already have a hp printer and so already had the smart app. I dutifully set it up. We sent links for children to remotely use printer for work tasks set by school. I needed to put code for WiFi in 3 times and despite ticking box to stay signed in, it kept signing me out. Printer stopped printing a 1/3 of the way in. And despite app saying printer was printing a task it was sat dorment. Then task list would not cancel and every time I cleared list or restarted app printer said ready or working but remained dorment. It did say a firmware update would happen while printer was not in use and I think it has happened overnight. I have printed and scanned this morning with no issues. And so taking away from last night's experience with installation it was a piece of cake with the app. Not sure if printer or app was at fault but it was very disappointing start. However if I had left after initial set up to do jobs next day perhaps the whole process would of been smoother and snag free. Handy little printer with easy to use app and does what it says and far far as a family we're happy

    - Print Fast and support multi-page scanning with automatic 35 document feeder
    - HP Smart app on a phone allows you to Print, scan, copy which is really handy.

    Con:
    - Instructions are not clear for setup
    - Wifi is not great somethings it does not work
    - Not sure how to print double-sided no instructions even though I'm saying while printing double-sided.

I was super excited when my new printer arrived. The current printer was in need of updating and I was keen to have a white printer to match our decor. Taking the printer out of the box was a breeze. It was packaged well and had everything you needed in the box, including clear instructions. Im usually one that leaves the electricals to the husband to set up but thought I’d give it a whirl. The printer plugged in easily, powered up fine and I downloaded the matching app on my phone and laptop. This is when it got a little tricky. Trying to get it to connect to the internet was somewhat frustrating. It kept saying there was no connection even though the internet was working fine. I tried both on my phone, and laptop and one hour later admitted defeat! The husband had to help! After some time he managed to get it printing and connected but over the next few days we found we had to restart the printer a number of times as the devises couldn’t find it. The connectivity seems to have stabilised now and since then it’s printed straight away. A couple of negatives are, that it’s a shame it needs to be physically turned on when it needs to print and the tray needs to be pulled out ready. It would have been nice to see an automatic feature. The printer sounds a little clunky when starting but the prints are great, text clear and the colours bright. The best feature is the link to the hp ink service and it was just a matter of days until we were sent ink through the post. No more searching racks of printer ink in the supermarket trying to match the right number. This is a great feature. Over all I would recommend the printer, for general school and office work, but I really miss the automatic turn on and tray.

The printer is surprisingly lightweight considering it is a printer and scanner. It was extremely easy to set up in just a few steps. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, once it is connected to the WiFi it is good to go with either a computer connected to the same WiFi or even a phone with the HP app. The quality of printing is great and the scanner is, again simple to use. I'm extremely happy so far

    HP Desk Jet Plus

Arrived well packed. Design are nice and I love white colour.
Set up was quick without any problems on the phone. Have some fun with it while founding printing function. It was hard to find because in instructions about this no information at all. After quick research on google installed apps and it works well.
Setting on laptop was hard. Similar like on the phone. Printing, scan quality is good. Easy to change inks in new ones.
Pros: nice design; print, scan, copy quality good; easy change printing colours; 3 free months of instant ink.
Cons: hard set up on phone or laptop; no information in instructions about set up with apps; overpriced.

Absolutely amazing space saving all in 1 printer. Compact and nice look. Also extremely cheap ink when you order instant ink plan straight to your door. This mean you can save even up to 70% of your budget. Working quiet and fast. Easy to set up and also working wireless. There is nothing more what I need. Copying, scanning and printing never was easier. I'm very happy to have it. Also the printer have dedicated HP smart app which you can use on your smartphone. And the greatiest thing is you can print everything straight from your sofa or even garden. Also there is an option to print your documents from the cloud. Just click the smart app and it's done. I love time saving products and this printer is definitely one of this. Highly recommended this printer.

So far I am loving this printer. I wanted to be able to print straight from my mobile, and it is so easy with the HP app. Was straight forward to set up, following the instructions on the app. Only took a few minutes and i was ready to print. The app guided me through the steps required for set up, and it was really easy as it connected via wifi so the printer and app could tell each other what was going on. It is great to be able to google something on my phone and send it straight to print through the app. There is a chance to resize and crop and make a few changes on the app before the picture goes to print. I found this really useful during lockdown as i could only attend a birthday party virtually, so used the app to print a picture on my friend straight from facebook and make a cardboard cut out of him wearing his fave football kit, with a logo that i also downloaded and printed off using the app. This was totally unplanned, but so easy! I have not had a Printer at home for many years, due to working in an office and being able to use the printer there. However, now i am working from home I am finding it really useful! My only negative so far is that I cannot work out how to print double sided, if that is possible.

Setting up this printer was very straightforward. I did it using the Android app and had no issues setting it up. Once set up I added it to Google Cloud Print to allow printing from all my devices without necessarily having to use the HP app.

Initially I had quite a few problems with being told the printer was offline, or weird errors such as "paper size mismatch". I did receive a printer firmware update on day 1 and after that it appeared to be OK. Not sure if it was fixed by the update or if it just took some time to work properly.

After those initial teething issues it has worked flawlessly. I've been printing from my computer and my Android phone. My other half has printed from her iPad.

I really like the paper feeder on top of the printer as it makes copying incredibly easy - no messing about with opening the lid and making sure to place the paper in the correct position on the glass. Instead you just put the paper in the tray, hit copy and it does the rest for you. It does not appear to support automatic duplex (copying both pages) but that is not a big issue for me.

It's reasonably small for an all-in-one so should fit on most shelves. I have an IKEA floating shelf and it fits perfectly.

The print quality is good. Scanned photos and documents look good as well.

Apart from the initial issues, I'm very pleased with this All-in-One and would recommend it.
