Ordered an item that was "Instock with a 3-7 days delivery time", turns out it wasn't. After talking to customer service once a week for three weeks being told it was "3-5 days until dispatch" I was eventually told the truth, it would be 15-20 days at least, so I cancelled.

Don't believe their stock notices or delivery time estimates.

Play fast and loose with your security. If you register they then email the password you use in plain text. Emails are inherently insecure and if they have emailed you the password then they must hold it as plain text. the fact that they have sent it out via email indicates that it could be accessible by hackers if they hacked this site. I would avoid using this site as it is unlikely they have taken other necessary security measures to protect your personal, private or financial information.
