Terrible6 years agoUpdated: 6 years agoOrdered a Samsung TV and was promised delivery on the 2nd Jan. Website shows item in stock. Emailed them a few days before to confirm all was good as I had to book a day off work and they replied saying everything was booked for the 2nd Jan. Well, today is the 2nd Jan and I have just had a call from them saying that Samsung are not delivering them any TVs. Not happy as I had booked a day off work. Order cancelled. Will not use again.

Terrible7 years agoUpdated: 7 years agoCannot purchase Sony HTCT660 on line must go to shop, which is miles from where I live. So the real cost of the goods exceed the £269.99.
