    Staff seem a bit clueless as to what is going on at times and can be extremely unhelpful. However I find the store us always organised so i often don't even need help. Stock a wide range of products and have the best customer rewards incentive out of most other retail stores. Constantly going there over my local pharmacy or superdrug so I can get boots points.

    They will cancel your order from their website for no reason. Block your moneyvfor a long time. Im very disapointed! Tried to order more than 6 times unsuccessful. Terrible. No more to say

    Ordered a car seat through the website for collection in store. We were able to collect it next day after 12pm, the staff helped carry it out to the car. Great rapid service, plus boots points.
